My Roehl offers a range of useful features to enhance your experience. It allows for two-way messaging, load dispatch and updates, as well as the ability to submit paperwork and photos for accidents and claims directly to the back office. The app guides you through the process, ensuring all necessary data is inputted correctly. You can also take photos or upload saved photos for your accident or claim submission.

Once you have submitted your documents and accident/claim information, you will receive a unique confirmation number and email notification. This enables you to access and view your images for up to 14 days.

Image optimization is a standout feature of My Roehl. It greatly improves legibility, even for documents with carbon copies or light gray text on colored backgrounds (blue, yellow, green, pink, etc.).
